"Bed bugs! From the minute we pulled to the parking lot, it was a terrible experience. The property is filthy and in need of serious maintenance. Thankfully the first thing we did was check the bed because there were bed bugs! We immediately checked back out. The staff was unconcerned and offered no solution or apologies. They did refund us at our request. Stay away from this hotel! "

"Staff was very helpful!! Location was great. We loved the cornhole by the pool. We didn’t use the grill, but love that we could have. Beach was a 3 minute walk away. We did see a few bugs, but it’s Florida. "

"Overall i didn't think this property was as good as it was rated. Our room wasnt very clean upon arrival, we had to ask 3 days in a row for house keeping to come and they only delivered towels, no cleaning. They put in a special request for full housekeeping the day before we left (out of 7) Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, typical with limited healthy options,. The Starbucks on site is also only a partial starbucks only doing the basics. The pool is small but overlooks the ocean. Overall not the most kid friendly hotel, no beach sharing options(toys, chairs etc) Pool is open until 10pm but no lights, so not really open til 10 Won't be my first choice next time. "

"Love this place! Stayed 2x & will be back… last day I found out about the heated pool. So glad they told me. The staff is great. You get a discount for restaurant next-door as a hotel guest. And the staff at the restaurant is great as well. Then you get a free breakfast at the mermaid Café next-door and it is the perfect way to start your day after checkout. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in. We asked for a TV and they were great about getting us one. Water temperature was a minor issue as it took a while to warm up, and a shower wand would also be little touches that could have made things better. I’d have liked some reed diffusers placed around for some extra scent boosts to make it just that much more pleasant. Minor quibbles though. We’d definitely come back for another relaxing weekend."
