"I really liked how the hotel was presented, it was a pleasure to see lovely gardens and such a stylish interior. Every room was really like a room from an interior designers catalogue so thoughtfully decorated we had the extra bonus of seeing it decorated for Christmas. The lounge was really nice with complimentary hot drinks and cookies. Wonderful hotel not far from the town and beach."

"The room was filthy. Big black stains on the carpet. The dust and cobwebs everywhere. The room has not been cleaned and dusted for a very long time. The sink in the bathroom had a white residue underneath. The curtains were not fitted properly and were hanging in an odd way from the rails. The shower door or the shower cubical will not close and was coming off the rail and just hanging on the top wheels. Absolute disgrace. They have ruined our romantic evening. I cried and asked to check out...

"First of all, the staff were so lovely - the gentleman that greeted me was so friendly and helpful, he really brought a smile to my face. He was also the person that bid me farewell as I left and was just as pleasant then, leaving me with a really great impression. "The room was quite large and the beds comfy, one of them had a bad squeak though. The bathroom was tiny, not good for a 4star hotel. There was no hook behind the door for your clothes and underneath the plug chain, which was wrapped around the tap, was black, it obviously had not been cleaned for ages. The booklets in the room looked as though they had been there for years and were well worn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for a couple of things for the room and they...
