"The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Everyone was willing to help. Although the room was a bit old compared to other hotels but we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast choice was excellent. The location is quite convenient with a department store just a short walk behind the building. "

"The staff is amazing, the service is excellent, the lunch is delicious, and there's a very wide selection of dishes. The location is great. I came back a second time because of the very positive experience I had the first time."

"Very good Hotel excellent facilities."

"This hotel is located very conveniently near the Qingdao metro station Yan'er Dao Lu. It's an older style but I always find it really comfortable. It's also close to where I can meet with friends to go for cheap breakfasts, lunches etc. My room on the 35th floor was really spacious and the cleaning staff were great. My pen happened to run out of ink while I was writing my diary and the cleaner gave me hers. Front desk staff were also helpful and I will certainly come back when I am next in...

"Very nice front-office staffs with good services. Much appreciated and thanks so much. "

"While the property looks modern and newly renovated, our stay was ruined by severe odor issues and restricted amenities. Upon arrival, we noticed cigarette smoke lingering across multiple floor hallways and a heavy smoke smell inside our room. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was completely off. When we asked the staff, they admitted the AC was turned off centrally as a cost-cutting measure. Opening the windows did nothing to clear the heavy smoke smell. The next day, we requested a...
