"Balcony was peaceful with lounge chairs and a 4-6 person table. The view was stunning. Swim up bar was a lot of fun and a great place to hang out socially. The beach was lovely spending 3 days going between the ocean and the pools. "

"We have stayed here at least 4 times now. More small upgrades every trip. Chairs and a table on the balcony were added this time. Staff always wonderful and helpful. Check in and out was super quick. Beds are a little mexico stiff for me but the pillows and linens are clean and comfortable. Water pressure good with plenty of hot water. Balcony does overlook the parking lot but you can see the ocean across the street. This hotel checks the boxes for me as a more economical option. Will stay here again."

"I was not able to check into the condo I rented. Upon arrival, they did not have my reservation. I showed them my confirmation at encanto resorts and after 4 people tried finally Franky from concierge was able to figure out the condo had been double booked. Even though I had rented the condo on Expedia and received a confirmation I arrived and had no were to stay. Franky quickly put us in a different condo, it was just as nice and a 1/3 of the price of the other one but I had to pay for it again and then he worked with the owner of the double booked condo to make sure I received my money back. Expedia was useless. They said there was nothing they could do. The resort is wonderful, the customer service is great, the staff is wonderful! It’s clean and beautiful! "
