"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. I would highly recommend this property and has great access to the slopes really is a jewel in the Swiss alps we will definitely return!"

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "
