"Room was semi-clean so that was a plus. The photos are not indicative of the actual spaces of the appt which is very intentional as the kitchen and bathroom are quite filthy and under constructions. We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". However we were not there to recieve the person so I doubt anything was done because the...

"It's a nice room and mostly clean but they were stains on the carpet and the sofa that made it feel less welcoming. "If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn

Austria Trend Parkhotel Schönbrunn

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was fantastic. I did the upgrade and the room was beyond exceptional. Massive with a roof top terrace. The hotel had everything we needed and more, the restaurant, the bar and reception gave exceptional service. The location made it easy to see the palace and the gardens and had plenty of food venues close. Loved our stay"
