The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. We were able to walk everywhere from here. The beautiful market is nearby. This property could use some upgrading in its common areas (e.g. replace grey carpet). One negative was that we chose to add on breakfast, and came down to piles of dirty dishes, no clean tables, and much of the food gone, so I would skip this option and find a local bakery.

The front staff are super friendly and helped us with our needs. Our room was spotless. The location is excellent with easy access to public transport and tons of restaurants in the surroundings.

Great stay

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the main touristy places, but I actually really liked the location. The nearby restaurants and pedestrian street were great, and I was close to the metro. The room was small and simple but it had everything I needed, including a nice little balcony. The service was excellent and staff were quite helpful. The port tasting and breakfast were also delicious!

Great hotel in the city centre with incredibly friendly staff. You can walk to almost all tourist sites on foot. The transfer from the airport is super easy, just mind thatline E can be a bit confusing, as only every other train goes to Bolhão station.

Hotel sin duda recomendado

El hotel es ideal para un viaje corto a Porto, está cerca del centro y además, tienes una zona comercial cerca por si necesitas realizar compras tanto gastronomicas, como turisticas o para desayunar, comer o cenar. Desde el hotel no se escucha ruido ni de vecinos ni de la calle, así que hemos podido descansar. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que se trata de una casa convertida en hotel, así que no tiene ascensor, y que al ser un pequeño hotel, necesita unas mejoras de aspecto, pero es por cuestión estética, no de uso.

We stored our luggage for several hours after checking-out. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good, but no hot dishes like sausage or scrambled eggs.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Although it was in a good location it was so basic that it was uncomfortable. The bed was terrible & the rug dirty & old. The electrical plugs were near the floor under a very small table attached to the wall. My husband had to lie on the floor to plug in all our electronics. The hooks in the VERY tiny bathroom were positioned so high & the towel rack so inaccessible that they were hard to use. The manager told me I should just throw them on the floor but when I did one day housekeeping never even came to our room. The only bright spots were the hot water, good shower pressure & the regular staff. On top of that they charged for breakfast.
