"Great location in the city centre. Room was an ok size but the cleanliness really let it down. Thick dust above the beds, glitter around the sink and the carpets are really badly stained. The hotel needs some TLC but the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"
