"This was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so lovely and friendly and make it a very enjoyable experience. I also love how quiet the area is - on the moor so I sleep very well here!"

"I had a nice clean spacious room on the 5th floor which overlooked Hoe Park. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there was a nice size TV. I kept hearing frequent thump sounds that I found VERY annoying but couldn’t work out where it was coming from. On one night there was a family in the adjoining room making a lot of noise. The doors are very clunky which again I found annoying, and the flimsy ‘Do not disturb’ door hangers kept falling off the door handle which was annoying and resulted in my room being missed for room service as I must have put it back on the wrong way. "
