"Location: Excellent and walkable to most attractions
Parking: Closeby, bit hard to find but a phone call to hotel made it easier to locate it.
Rooms: clean and good ambience, justice to money paid
Breakfast: Staff very efficient, lots of options, value for money for Breakfast
Front desk: Good and coordial staff, helpful.
Only improvement i would suggest is when booking breakfast, customer need to come down to pay at desk to avail discounted rate. If that can be either added to room charge to pay at checkout or a way to pay online, it will be helpful.
Otherwise, our stay was excellent and whenever we will visit Plymouth in future, we will stay at this hotel. This site was much hetter than other Leonardo hitels we stayed in the UK so far."
