"There's a lot to love about this property. It seems very new. The finishes are very nice. The rooms are well insulated and therefore very quiet. The area is nice, safe, walkable, and close to everything you need. HOWEVER! The bathroom is incredibly small. I'm above average in size (6'5"), and the shower was very difficult to use. "The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....

"Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."

"The entire property, including my basic double room were beautiful! The little touches were splendid (interesting snacks and stocked mini fridge; a book of short stories next to the chair, garden view). Bed was SO comfy! I ate dinner outside in the garden, enjoying the terrific food while children played on the green. Service was great, everyone was so warm and helpful. Location is a few minutes from the Tube. Can’t wait to return !"
