"Our room had a spacious balcony (5th flloor) which made the room feel bigger. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and roomy.
The hotel is located very centrally in Madrid with most major points of interest within easy walking distance. The hotel is not very fancy as the name implies and breakfast is in the restaurant next door. On the downside most of the restaurants in the area seem targeted at tourists and can be on the priciery side with lots of fried food offerings. Seemed hard...
"Hotel was beautiful. It is right in the middle of the Square and around the corner from Mercado de San Miguel Food Market. We had a view of the Square from our room. The front desk personnel and manager were very friendly.

"I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel. "
"This was a fantastic stay - the parking close by was so helpful and the staff went above and beyond. Small touches like the cot in the room beautifully made up with amenity kit for kids was lovely. The location is phenomenal. We wanted to try and stay a second night but they were booked out ! Will be our go to hotel in Madrid for the foreseeable future !
