We were offered a similar apartment next door as they did some renovation. We didn't like the amount of sargasum accumulated around the beach and the smell associated...however we do not held the property accountable for that...

Thank you very much. The whole team is excellent condominium the view the people communication everything is excellent except this past week is under construction and they want to move to a different place but we prefer stay there because he’s an amazing view. Thank you very much.

The location of property is great for the oceanfront condos. The property is old running down though. Kitchen cabinet door hinges worn and doors paint worn. Bathroom faucets corroded and old. The shower glass doors are foggy and look like they don't get cleaned. Some of the bathroom lights did not work. The washer and dryer door handle was broken and couldn't use it. The tv is out dated and did not have internet connection. The remote control for the tv and cable/dish battery worn. There is only one small tv in living room. No tv's in the bedrooms.

Todo estuvo perfecto. Único problema fue que por causa del sargazo en la playa,, atravesaron troques en la salida del estacionamiento y era un problema para salir.

El apartamento se siente como en casa, pero justo frente al océano. La vista, la ubicación, el ambiente (incluso disfrutamos de la música todos los días desde el restaurante que está debajo del balcón). Preparamos el desayuno y la cena casi todos los días, ¡fue una estadia perfecta para nosotros!
