Quit area, close to the beach and 5ta Avenue. I didn't like the bed and old apartment and it's expensive.a Also,I changed my mind and I wanted just to stay one night instead of two but the owner didn't want to return my money.

Don’t go here

The owner will force you into paying more than your booking states, if you don’t accept you can leave (which was not an option for us end of day on a saturday). Aircon leaking ice and water onto the bed.

The electric tiny stove is not hot enough to cook properly, the shower doesn't have enough water flow, the fridge takes 2 days to start cooling after is plugged in, air conditioning works but it takes half day to cool. Pool is ok, but is at the rooftop.

No one told us you had to call the cuban lady upstairs by phone to get her to throw us the keys when we arrived. Also no one told us that you have to turn in the boiler yourself to get hot water. Also no one told us that if you pay when you arrive it has to be all in cash.

El lugar muy aceptable, queda cerca la playa y la quinta avenida, para ir a caminar. Del cuarto hubo ciertos detalles que mejorar como la regadera estaba tapada, la mesa muy pequeña, la TV mal colocada, el anuncio decia que tenia estacionamiento y no tiene, cocina muy chica.

Best part was location, only had hot water in shower, had to buy bug spray small bugs everywhere. Larger refrigerator broken, small refrigerator placed on top. Add states laundry and soap but not allowed to use. Had to buy hairdryer ad states one in room. Very noisy street. Had to buy toilet paper, paper towels. Had to take tiny TV off wall and set on. Chair next to bed be able to hear sound set on hi 100 volume. Could not put toilet paper in toilet after wiping back side put in trash cans next to toilet. Had to buy bags for trash cans to put your poop covered paper in. Guess if this is how you live at home no big deal.

Excelente estadía

La estadía me pareció perfecta, la ubicación es muy buena ya que queda a 3 cuadras de la 5ta avenida, la habitación aunque a veces huele algo a humedad es bastante agradable, cómoda y hasta TV por cable tienen para llegar a descansar después de un día ajetreado. Cuentan con agua caliente, toallas y también artículos de cocina por si quieres preparar un café o algo de comida sencillo. Quizá no es un hotel de lujo pero cuenta con todo lo que necesitas si solo buscas un lugar para descansar. Yo sí regresaría y lo voy a recomendar mucho.

El area de room garden muy agradable y la piscina excelente muy refrescante, es la segunda vez o tercera ocasión que me hospedo , muy atento el personal y el departamento cuenta con todo lo básico para disfrutar y pasar una agradable estadía. La 5ta avenida a dos calles y playa mamitas a 7 calles , el club la Martina está a 4 calles en la playa y las farmacias, supermercados y tiendas a dos y tres calles. Gracias Elsa por tu atención y dedicación.

Me gustó absolutamente todo,el recibimiento de su anfitriona la sra Elsa fue increíble,el hotel y todos sus servicios son de primera,es realmente lo q uno busca cuando viene a Playa del Carmen,regresare cada vez q pueda y por supuesto lo recomiendo al 100,felicidades condo mar arena.
