"This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier.
Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot.
I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

"One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem.The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. "When visiting the Napoli area, we prefer to stay in this tranquil compound in Pozzuoli, near the amphitheater. There are a variety of room styles and the off-street parking is secure.
Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, barbershops ... it's a complete neighborhood.
You can walk to the metropolitana for train service or down to the port for ferries to Procida and Ischia and Capri."

"The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room.
