This is extended stay so with our time it’s full with full residential. Guest were polite, staff was helpful it was clean enough for an emergency stay over. I had a 4 th room and everything worked. I rested and was satisfied

I honestly don't know where to start. The front desk clerk was very friendly and understanding when I forgot my I.D. and gave me time to retrace my steps to retrieve it. Unfortunately that's as positive as it gets. From roaches to bloodstaines. The constant smell of other people cooking. Barking dogs. If you have to find an inexpensive lodging then I guess but I'm not going back.

I pre-paid for a suite with two beds (for two adults and an adult sized teenager) for a two night stay. When I checked in, I was told that wasn't available. They gave me a room with a single bed for the first night but were able to find me a suite with two beds for the second night. I was not offered any sort of refund or compensation. The staff were very friendly and polite, but the property is being remodeled. The flooring in the common areas has been pulled up. The adhesive is filthy and sticks your shoes making it impossible not track into the rooms. The rooms, other than the floors, are clean but not what I would expect for the chain or the price.

Basic, cheap, easy, good

Let's not kid ourselves: this is not a luxury hotel, it's a relatively cheap place to stay and I chose it specifically because it had a kitchen and I was in town working for a few days. Arrived to find no appliances or utilities at all in the kitchen but learned that you need to ask for them in reception. Staff was more than helpful with any requests. The place is a bit run down to some degree, bed was very basic, other aspects too, and you will likely feel a whiff of weed now and then, but I slept well and put the kitchen to good use. It's cheap, it's not perfect, but staff truly make up for it. I got the feeling that some guests live there on a semi-permanent basis, even got some basic advise from neighbors. Mostly black people. If you've got a problem with that...what the hell are you doing in Atlanta? ;)
