"The pictures are deceiving. There is no elevator. I asked to be on the 2nd floor and they acknowledged in email that I would be. When I checked in, they said they didn’t know and put me and my elderly mother on 3rd floor. The rooms are very old not well kept. The door to my room had a crack at the bottom where you could see light from outside. After seeing a bug crawl across my mom’s bed, we decided to leave that same night."

"Genuinely feels like an honest establishment, decent, quiet and safe. It’s not a large hotel with massive amenities but hopefully common sense got you there already. The fella running the office is nice, straightforward."

"Parking lot and lobby were filled drug users, a pit bull. The smoke detector in room was broken and i was encouraged to fix it myself. I felt unsafe."

"The location is great, but the company running the place is very unorganized. I had to call the night before as the check in details were not sent to me, and when i called they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call expedia to get it all sorted out. You are required to register with clear with your id. Also, when i arrived the door handle wouldnt lock so i had to use the deadbolt all the time. In addition the master shower drain is pretty clogged so a 5 minute shower ended up with an inch of water. Plus the ice maker wasnt working. Contacting landong was even more difficult as they basically have no staff. It took almost 24 hours for someone to respond to me. Door also never got fixed as maintenence responded 4 days after alerting landing and they didnt even fix the issue fully. They jammed a screw into the door catch to make it stick out further, when the issue was the entire door was cracked. I probably will not rent anything through landing again unless there is no other option. "
