"We had an excellent stay at The Walden in Pigeon Forge. The rooms were spotless — everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The indoor pool and hot tubs were a highlight; they were clean, well maintained, and a nice way to unwind after a day out. The staff was incredibly friendly from check-in to checkout. What really stood out: I left my charger behind, and they found it and made sure it got back to me. That kind of honesty and follow-through is rare, and it made a real difference. Five stars all the way around. We would stay here again without hesitation."

"The location of this property is fabulous. We were close to Dollywood, the Island, and Tanger Outlets. We also traveled a short distance to visit Gatlinburg. The breakfast is first class, and the staff was wonderful. We have stayed at this location 3 other times and will continue to book this location for our Pigeon Forge vacations."
