There was a communal kitchen free to use which had coffee machine and hot water for making a tea and there was a fridge in there. The rooms are on the third floor and the rear of the property overlooks the old amphitheater which is now a square with a few restaurants. "The Room was perfect, Location is a short 5 minute walk to the train station. A stocked and very clean Kitchen was great, Deborah the owner is very nice, she takes great pride in making her property beautiful. Full disclosure there is a bar on the first floor so you hear people talking till late in the evening. If that doesn’t bother you the property is perfect. We would stay again."

"Although we only had one night, it was New Year's Eve. The fireworks and party were just outside the hotel, but it was still nice and quiet in the room. Great location for everything walkable, including a great walking path on top of the old city wall. Great food options close any time of day."

"These little apartments are very convenient. The parking is included, 15 minute walk to any part of old Lucca. The rooms are modern and clean. Large fridge, lots of space. If you arriving by car, there isn't a better place in Lucca to stay."
