The staff at Laxsik are incredibly kind and helpful. After I checked out, they helped check if I had left anything behind. I had accidentally left my wallet in the room, and the hotel staff went the extra mile to send it to my hotel in Hanoi. I was truly touched and surprised by how sincere and down-to-earth they are. They genuinely do their best to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I visit Sapa!

"The most beautiful hotel with an incredible breakfast buffet, bar, restaurant, spa/pool/sauna/massage spa and such nice and helpful staff. Couldn’t fault this at all, other than I wish we stayed here the whole time in Hanoi as it was such great value for money. Highly recommend! 10/10 Gill"

"Reception area beautiful and a pretty roof top pool! Rooms had AC and wifi, but quite basic & slightly dated decor. Laundry exceptionally expensive - have never paid so much for laundry, not even in a London hotel! Go out to get laundry done!"
