"The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows .
Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy!
Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need....
"I have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and it’s still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless it’s sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Let’s collect firms and stop it! "

"One of the best snorkeling places .the reef is long because Sierra and Savoy share the same beach. We had a very nice first diving experience thanks to Mr. Wael and captain Osama.
The beach staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful.
Our check in was very smooth and since we arrived at midnight they offered to send us to the room a small dinner like cheese and bread and some sweets.
they even gave us free bowling tickets and free ice skating tickets and free sauna and jacuzzi as welcoming...

Cibo nei tre ristoranti a la carte di qualità eccellente, in particolare modo il Plaisir dove personale e portate sono state deliziose. Da migliorare il check in, in quanto benchè ospiti Prestige ci siamo ritrovati a fare il check in nella main reception, confusionaria e poco accogliente. Ottima soluzione le macchinette private, ottima pulizia delle stanze. "

"The resturant at the Beach side is the best and all the guys working there are awesome. Can’t remember there names. But the hotel need more entertainment like party, music in the night and party by the beach. There is a lack of experience among the Reception staff. The service around the hotel at the beach side is very poor even Turkish coffee served only at one restaurant at mountain side."
