The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. "This hotel stands out in Panajachel due to its modern conveniences, spacious rooms, with nice views and balconies. The pool area is great to relax whether you have kids playing in one end of the pool or adults in the other area. There also two hot tubs that operate on a reservation system. The hot tubs do appear older and need some tiles to be replaced and the water is not too hot but still relaxing for the cooler afternoons and evenings. "The owners and staff were amazing it’s such a cute little property, they took care of us and the breakfast was amazing. Only heads up is they use shower head heaters so put the switch to hot and then don’t turn the water all the way on just use the water flow to regulate the heat. It’s a low pressure setup but gets the job done so you have a warm shower! I would definitely use this place again if I make it back to Antigua. "

"Cleanish room, couple of spiders but it’s kinda a glamping type situation, the hot water is hot or miss, the lady at the front desk was brash, and they charge to use the hot tub. Not really walking distance to anything which is fine but worth noting in case you are against using a tuk tuk or cab. Bed is hard, the in room safe dint work was frozen even though the batteries were fine. The toilet water rises all the way up and with touch your jewels me. So be ready for it or hover when you flush....
