Let down by reception

My phone and scooter were taken, by my ex girlfriend, this obvuously was not the guesthouse fault. However when I used the internal phone, to ask reception to phone the police and send security to my room, I was told 'not my problem' . No help at all from staff, I had to sort out on my own. I Felt let down by staff. Rooms view of the beach was good, but beware, if you have any problems your on your own.

For what l paid, resionable value for money.

I would have liked a balcony. I had to have words to staff about the room cleaning & they where very apologetic & obliging. Loose floor tiles in room.
