Besten Dank für das Feedback. Das Standard Zimmer wurde für eine (1) Person gebucht, bzw. bezahlt, und wir haben gemäss unserer Preisliste die zusätzliche Person verrechnet. Wir bedauern, dass die zuvor bekannte zentrale Lage nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Unser 3* Hotel wird laufend modernisiert und wir erwähnen niergends, dass wir über eine Schallisolation verfügen. Ich hoffe, der anschliessende Aufenthalt in Pattaya hat den Erwartungen entsprochen.

We value cleanliness and apologize if something is not as it should be. Shortcomings can be reported anytime to our 24 hour reception, this would have given us the opportunity to take action and probably embellish your stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your three-day stay in one of our standard rooms did not quite meet your expectations and that ants found their way to your room. In a tropical country, there are also unwanted pests, which we regularly take action against. The procedure of the night receptionist was completely correct, if the lack had been announced immediately, we would have had the chance to fix it during the daytime. The bathrooms are usually cleaned thoroughly and we prevent mold. We regret that the shower curtain and apparently a couple of tile joints had discoloration. The hotel is not new, but we value quality, cleanliness and hospitality. We are also constantly renovating and upgrading the rooms, so we are also among the best 3* hotels in Patong and offer a very fair price.

Il deposito è sempre rimborsabile, vengono detratti solo i consumi del minibar e del ristorante o i costi aggiuntivi in base al listino prezzi. Die Wäscherei im Hotel wird komplett von einer Wäscherei gereinigt. Verfärbungen sind möglich, aber die Wäsche ist sauber. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und aktualisiert. Wie in allen Hotels werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht täglich gewechselt, nur wenn sie schmutzig sind. Dies entspricht dem weltweiten Standard von Hotels und Umweltbewusstsein. Für den Strand bieten wir unseren Gästen täglich Handtücher an der Rezeption an.
