"Room was spacious and very clean. Pool/hot tub areas were nice. No lifeguards on duty, which is fine because I watch my children. Towels provided in pool areas. Breakfast was descent, could use almond or oat milk for allergy folks. Check in was quick and easy. Some of the front desk staff could be friendlier. Beds were comfortable. Microwave available for use down the hall, which was nice if needed. Rooms are quiet, you can’t hear anyone (running) above you which is nice. The resort is very clean and smells delightful! The only thing is there’s no designated smoking area, so there are times you are walking into a cloud of smoke or the smell of smoke from guests smoking outside the main entrance. Resort is in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants."

"Wasn't real happy with the house keeping. Did not keep towel, wash clothes and tp supply to what was needed for 4 people. Really like the room size and walk-in shower. Pools were nice but was told water was a little chilly. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend the hotel."
