"All the above. We met family members to do Christmas for my grandkids. My DIL lost her wallet down elevator shaft. The sweetest man from maintenance Saturday night went and got it and brought it to our room. My DIL was in a panic and the gentleman was so sweet. I hope management looks to get his name. People like him keep the good name going for your hotel and maids were all wonderful.
