This is really good choice for your live in Champs-Elysées！It’s good for shopping, nearby the Arc de Triomphe. And the room has good quality kitchen appliances that is really convenience for us. Also, we use the laundry room by ourselves, it’s good for travel person! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel when you come to Paris！

Rafael was AMAZING!!! As was Rihab, Mamat and Julia! The staff was awesome! Wish there was room service and the bed type we requested and paid for. If it weren’t for the outstanding staff, I would have given terrible reviews about the lack of amenities at this hotel!

The location is good, and the rooms are fine. That’s the end of the positives. The staff is unhelpful, the “room service” was embarrassing (literally heated up food in glass pots), there is no concierge service (we asked them to book multiple restaurants and they either told us to do it ourselves or didn’t respond at all to emails), and the management doesn’t care to assist. To top it off, we had a flight cancelled and had to arrive two days late. Management was intransigent about the “no cancellations” policy and charged us fully for those two days. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for 5 star service. It’s not even 2 stars. Dreadful.

I picked a Superior Room which is supposed to be 301sf according to the info on Expedia. I was given a room of 240sf. Storage space was so limited I had to leave most of my clothes in the suitcase except for the next two days.After complaining, I changed into a better room of 270sf. My sister picked an executive studio (290sf) paid $70 less than me and the room was over 300sf according to the hotel. I am extremely upset that I was misled by the information provided by Expedia.
