"Very easy check in. Staff were all super friendly.
Wouldn’t recommend parking underneath if you have a large vehicle. Very tight but that’s my only fault.
The hotel was close and convenient to the event we attended. Buffet breaky was great "
"The Windsor was very welcoming and full of character. Staff were fantastic. Food was delicious.
We had a mix up with our booking however with the persistent help of both Expedia and the Windsor it was eventually resolved for which I was very grateful.

"Great location close to many restaurants & Southern Cross Station. Decent sized room that was clean with a comfortable bed. Not at all sound proof - we stayed on level 19 & could hear a lot of street noise all night. Parking was $35 via hotel 'discount' but would have only been $20 if we'd paid at the parking lot"
