"I did not extend my stay because i could not afford it however the amenities are a hit! The arcade was fun to walk through but would love to experience it again. The pool A1 but the bar was not ok. The food was not great however because of the access to food it was okay. I was kind of hurt to see the food not be what I've seen other counselors mention."

"Large, clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff. The pool area is very nice. Plenty of room in the sun or shade. Big breakfast included, which is super helpful. The bonus is the shuttle you can catch from the hotel to Universal. Very convenient. We left the parks before the return shuttles started running, so we just walked back to the hotel. It only took 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place. "

"Room was nice and roomy. The property was very clean and they were cleaning the whole time we were there. We did unfortunately have a very noisy A/C unit making it hard to sleep but beds were nice and comfy. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we had to leave early for a flight."

"This was the perfect stay for the family thanks to the staff member Joshua who upgraded our suite to a pool view for my son birthday. The staff was nice and welcoming we will be planning to come back!"

"First we got put into wrong room. But it was corrected with two days. The room we do stay for most of the stay can use some tlc. Bathroom ceiling over shower cracked and little mold. Rust build up near drain in shower. Breakfast was good and service personnel was great. "
