"Boutique hotel in a great location - nearby coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, close to Bay for walk/run in the morning. A couple of free water bottles in the room would go a long way. Did not receive VIP benefits and a little disorganized at the front desk for which I had to deal with an issue after our checkout. "
