"This location likely had its prime moments, showcasing beauty and vibrancy. However, it currently appears neglected, with numerous protruding boards along the pathways and broken bridge planks posing potential trip hazards, especially at night. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and there was a significant presence of bumblebees, suggesting possible nests near the porches. It’s disheartening to witness a once-thriving place now in a state of disrepair."

"This place was an absolute DUMP! The room was beyond filthy, the "on site" parking wasn't even enough for half of their guests, not to mention the staff taking up many of the available spots, the staff at the desk were rude, dismissive and flat out LIARS. I have video of the evening desk clerk showing and telling me it was ok to park in a specific place, then woke up to a note on my car threatening to tow it. When confronted, they denied it all. When told to watch the video, they just made excuses. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to beg for fresh towels, sheets and even toilet paper. There was hair in the shower, urine under the toilet, mold in the cabinets, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. We had to wear flip flops in the shower just to keep from being disgusted. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Getting help was impossible as the desk staff was always either sleeping in their car or taking photos on the beach deck. But never available to take care of a guest."

"Location was great. The breakfast area was not well designed, you were bumping into each other getting your breakfast. Otherwise, breakfast itself was the best I have had in recent memory. If the weather was better, we might have tried the pool."
