"This hotel was beautiful and so unique. They handed us a huge, antique-looking key which opened an old wood door into a beautiful stone room that felt like we were in a cave or a castle. We were greeted by a sweet note for our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious and made to order, and you eat on the terrace overlooking the city. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and that was delicious too. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas, with lots of food and market...

"Very comfortable rooms. Great facilities with free use of the pool, which has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was included and the staff were always very friendly and helpful here. Wi-Fi also was fast. The only small drawback was that taxi drivers often didn't know where the hotel was located when we were coming back from the city centre so it took a bit of time explaining. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very clean and our room has an armoire which is so necessary to organize our belongings. The hot water with tea or coffee is always available. Moreover, we are so grateful to the staff members for their kindness. I contacted them the night before to ask if we could wait in the lobby since we would be arriving at 6 am in the morning. "The building and the room are very nice atmosphere. All staffs are very nice and helpful very much. Very nice location to go many place in historic area. Only weekend nights are quite noisy at night because the disco place is close."

"Le mobilier extérieur offrait différents niveaux d'ensoleillement et de confort. Fauteuils, divans, chaises longues etc. La terrasse pour le déjeuner (petit déjeuner pour les français) était magnifique avec vue sur les monts enneigés. L'établissement a été rénové mais à quelques endroits les murs et les plafonds fendillent ou la peinture boursoufle. Ils devraient pouvoir corriger cela par un entretien continu."
