"It looked like they were in the process of rentavating. The room we were in was spacious and clean but I suggest the sofa be removed because it was bad shape. It was a nice surprise to find out we only had to pay for one night when we stayed two. The staff was very nice and helpful"

Second room was better but still needed some TLC on paint as well as entry door to hallway for our room entry. Some of front desk staff was helpful, however young woman who checked us in was not."

"This was our first time staying at HHBT and we were very satisfied. The staff at check was very friendly and the process was quick. Our unit was very conveniently located just steps from the pool and beach. While the bedroom was a bit cozy, the rest of the unit fully met our needs and made for a very stress-free week of relaxing in the sun. We really enjoyed our time here."

"We haven’t stayed at this property in 20 years and decided to give it a shot. Beautiful beach and pool, central location on island with pb courts. Best description is that it is just very tired. At check in, the main wall at front desk likely hasn’t been painted in years with dirt marks across it. Our condo was in b building 3rd floor. Not terrible, basically clean but with peeling wallpaper, couch needed cleaning, crown molding with no caulking. Good for quick weekend away but don’t expect much."

"Beautiful villa. Plenty of room and nice view of water and sunsets. Very nice pools and grounds. Very clean and plenty of towels and other extras. Staff helpful and courteous. Would definitely rebook if ever come back to Hilton Head. Quiet but convenient location."
