The beds were comfortable. The floors were sandy had to borrow a broom from office to sweep the floor, found something either a seed or a bug in the frig didn’t want to touch it, and found a roach on top of towel on floor after getting out of shower, kids upstairs thought they were at a jungle gym all we heard for a few several hours when trying to go to sleep was jumping and pounding around even around two-three o’clock in the morning.

The room was really clean and cold and the TV was big. A lot of parking availabletoo. Unfortunately the pool was empty so we couldn't swim. That was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I got great tips on local restaurants from the front desk and the housekeeper gave me a compliment. It was very quiet in the rooms. I enjoyed my stay.

Pool was closed and not available. Bed sheets had stains, ceiling in bathroom had mold spots. Bathtub would back up to my ankle by the time I was done showing. Microwave in room didn’t work all that great. Ac worked really good and location was good to check out many places without driving to far.

Even though the room that I had originally paid for was not available the room that they gave me was perfect it was clean and it was quiet so I definitely love that aspect and the staff was just very hospitable and nice I will definitely stay there again

Hotel was in good shape, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, Info says there is a pool, there is one but it is empty and not serviceable. We were looking for a hotel with a pool😡 Breakfast is very lacking, nothing like expected. Dry cereal and frozen sausage biscuits. It worked but wasn’t what was expected.

The check-in was seamless and the hotel accommodations were good. We were able to do an early check-in as well. However the first room we were given was not suitable for us because it smelled of smoke, but I was able to get our room changed and it smelled better. Although the floor was dirty and needed mopping, we had returned after the cleaning staff was gone, so I dealt with it. Overall, the stay was good and the beds were clean. I and my husband slept well. Thanks for accommodating us.

my feet were black no trash cans no ‘ do not disturb’ sign. asked for trash can 3 times, was told there should be 2 in the room. The night before we left we got 1. dust on top of small refrigerator sad it has not been kept up. it is closet to Parris Island and they have graduation weekly, so this place gets many visitors just for that reason. Evens smells musty, not fresh needs fresh paint. better cleaning.
