"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "No air conditioning whatsoever and we were lucky with the balcony. The tiny fan that they provide gave no air to the other side of the room. Other than that it was a doable stay."

"L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme mais un peu éloigné du centre ville et de la Basilique. La chambre est propre, la salle de douche aussi mais elle est étroite. La chambre est mal insonorisée, on entend le voisin ronflé comme s'il dormait dans la même pièce que nous. Les gens claquaient leur porte même tard dans la nuit, parlent fort... Le petit-déjeuner n'offre pas assez de choix pour le "salé" (juste jambon et oeufs), par contre pour le "sucré" il y a plus de choix. Le parking gratuit...

"This is my 3rd booking time in this hotel. I like the cleaness, the care for their guests and it is also closer to the train station just 3 min walking not bad if you have baggages with you....not need to wait for a bus to bring you there. Just few minutes walking from the Saintuaire but if you want easy take the city bus that travels every 15m.happy to go there"

En la habitacion solo habia 1 tomacorriente para cargar dispositivos electronics, cada vez que el.aire acondicionado se detenía, el techo del baño Drenaba agua, cae agua de las luces y corre por las paredes, despues de explicarlo en la recepcion, ni una disculpa."
