I was disappointed with my stay. The rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one answered, and I had to walk down there just to request simple items like extra toilet paper and room service. The sofa bed in our room was broken and even the remote control didn’t work properly, which made the stay even more frustrating. Breakfast was also very disappointing. It consisted of only a juice box and a muffin each morning, which is far below what you would expect for the price. The hotel is not cheap, and for the same cost you can easily find other hotels that offer updated rooms and a much better breakfast. Overall, the experience did not match the price, and I would recommend looking at other nearby options before booking here.

No amenities, no vending, nothing. I asked for water at the front desk and they said there was none. Supposed to get kitchenette, got microwave and mini fridge only. Halfway smelled. No chairs or table in the room. No continental breakfast area or sign to advise how to get the offered breakfast so went to the front desk and was handed a bag with a dole jello w/fruit cup, dried up cinnamon muffin, and a 5oz juice box! Shuttles are not consistent and go everywhere not just to Disney. Bed was so old and uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep for 3 days! The staff were absolutely no help under any circumstances and couldn’t even tell us which elevator to take to our room. We had an electric wheelchair delivered and the staff didn’t know it was ours or even that it was there and searched forever to find the key and only found it after I suggested she open some of the drawers and look! We picked this hotel as it was bundled with Next Car which was an absolute nightmare. Expedia will not let me review Next Car. They should be out of business. Save yourself from this rent a car nightmare at all costs!!! Have used Expedia before without issues so very surprised they would do business with these terrible companies. Will be very careful if I use them again. Perhaps not worth the aggravation!!! Booker beware!!!

Breakfast was included in the roomprice. Boy what a surprise. It was what they called a grab-and-go breakfast which the frontdesk gave you:1 bagel, 1 creamcheese, 1 cup of fruits and 1 small carton orange juice. When I asked for cutlery the lady at the frontdesk told me that she had none. How was I supposed to smear the creamcheese??? She gave me a spoon. There is no table in the room, (I was looking for a small one) so if you wanted to eat something you had to hold your food on your lap on the only chair in the room or sitting on your bed. So if you only need a place to sleep and do everything outside, then this hotel is OK. But other than that, look for something else

Very worn out beds, no housekeeping unless demanded, trash had to be taken out by us, mold in bathroom, toliet clogged three different times within a week, very low to the ground toliet, parked in handicap on side of building and door was locked all hours of the day. Very upsetting. Grab n go breakfast was the same every day orange juice, fruit cups & cold bread. Bagels or cinnamon rolls. Not worth it.

The room had a bad smell right when we walked in we were wondering what it was my son went to turn on the ac and his socks got soaked the carpet was all wet that’s were the smell was coming from I went down to tell them they said they would send someone in the morning no one came I asked about it again they said tomorrow no one came not till the 3rd day of our 5 days staying there they finally brought something in that really didn’t work it filled up fast with water and we had to dump it out each time the smell was still bad we couldn’t even enjoy the living room we were in the bedroom The whole time with the door closed and it still smell bad in the bedroom but not as bad as the living room the front desk people were friendly we didn’t even get to use the kitchen because it smelled too bad in there from the living room we would just eat out the parking was good found a spot each time

No dia que chegamos o ar do quarto não funcionava. E não tinha ninguém pra consertar a noite e nem outro quarto que comportasse todos nós disponível. Estava um forno e tivemos que nos aglomerar (5 pessoas) com colchão no chão (que nós tiramos do sofá-cama do quarto) em um quarto com só uma cama. Mas isso depois de implorar pra pessoa da recepção e ele ir no quarto e ver pessoalmente o forno que estava lá dentro, em pleno verão, e as janelas nem abriam. Só depois que eles falou com alguém no telefone foi permitido a gente passar a noite no único quarto que tinha disponível. No dia seguinte nos trocaram de quarto. Apenas um recepcionista era solícito e respondia o bom dia e boa noite (Cristian), os outros todos antipaticos. A limpeza era a cada 3 dias e precária. Mal arrumavam a cama e sequer limpavam o chão. Basicamente só troca de toalhas. Em 20 dias, só trocaram o lençol das camas 2 vezes. A recepção está em reforma e deve ficar bonita em breve. Enquanto isso o café da manhã está improvisado e é horroroso. Mesmo sendo típico americano, cada dia falta uma coisa. Basicamente só tem pão de forma e um bagel, nem sempre tem ovo, nem panqueca, nem waffle, nada comparado as fotos. O sofá-cama é muito desconfortável… um colchão horroroso, todo torto. O quarto comporta confortavelmente apenas 4 pessoas… esse sofá-cama não recomendo pra ninguém. Metade do hotel virou airbnb.. então por isso acho que o café está tão ruim, assim como a limpeza. Não recomendo e não voltaria.
