Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Surfside Inn and Suites
"Disappointed we lost a day of early ticket entry into park due to an IT issue and the front desk unable to print our room keys and early entry upon arrival. We lost a day of park entry which was disappointing. Then the power went out in the am and not able to purchase tickets or eat breakfast."
