"Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel."

"We loved our stay at The Pepi. It was charming and the service was excellent. The interior of the room we stayed in was well laid out. The beds were very firm, almost too firm for us but it was not a deal breaker and the service and hotel itself were wonderful. Very sweet breakfast options and it is directly in the center of old town but it was quiet."

"We arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning and it wasn't an issue. Great apartment with balcony and little kitchen. It was spotless and kept spotless. I did spot some ant's coming in from a crack in the kitchen but the hotel management dealt with it quickly. They gave me everything i needed without me asking. Stone's throw from the seafront too. Loved it."

"What an amazing property! The staff, especially Irene, were kind and incredibly helpful. Everything was well maintained. It was lovely having a pool to dip in to cool off. Breakfast was satisfying. I would stay here again."

"It was like a trip back in time the best place that we have stayed if you like old this is the best Michael on reception was so helpful only negative was that there was no breakfast but there was a bakery round the corner over all fantastic and in the Old Town "

"Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Rethymno. We stayed in the loggia suite (one bed plus a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms). Very tastefully decorated, great bathroom(s) really good powerful shower and the property felt well maintained and cared for. Very good complimentary breakfast. The only negatives or points for improvement (these seem rather nit picky): 1. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a fancy weighing scale (who would want that with all the great food so close...
