"Breakfast not included so cannot comment. Bar dinner night before excellent, wonderful beer selection with helpful staff offering free tasters to sample. Room was clean, bathroom clean. Special event on main floor really loud, but our room on 3rd floor well out of earshot."

"The room was so hot when we arrived and the window only opened a fraction. It took a while for it to cool down. The window latch was a bit dodgy as was the toilet seat. There was no signal on the TV so couldnt watch it. However the bed was so comfy and the room was clean. The lounge and breakfast room were lovely and the Breakfast was delicious. Very nice stay woll come again."

"Had a lovely stay here. Home from home feel about it. Clean, cosy and the hosts were just so lovely, they go above n beyond. Fabulous location with a couple of pubs walkable that do meals. The beach not too far to walk but its hilly coming back but plenty of walkers do it. Breakfast was lovely. Room was lovely. Location was lovely and the hosts were just fabulous. Would i stay again...for sure. Thank you Angela & Neil for having us at your glorious B&B. Love the history of it xx"

"This is in a great location, with a great view from the garden across to the Abbey. Really happy with the room and the staff were lovely and very helpful. We also had our evening meal here, which was lovely and great value. I would definitely stay again. "

"The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners"

"The setting for the pub is lovely the staff are brilliant and very friendly. The cabin we stayed in is a bit basic the toilet and shower facilities could do with a good clean and paint. The breakfast was amazing "
