The staff was very nice and accommodating and offered a great assortment of water accessories for the stay. The room was also undated very nicely and it was great to have a kitchen to use during our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t have the most relaxing of stays as the room had many bugs (many cockroaches and red ants) leaving us with a lot of bites and restless nights. I will say this does seem to be a common issue when being this close to the beach so keep that in mind with your stay.

デッキでのバーベキューや芝生での花火など楽しめて良かった。が、デッキ付近に簡易的な洗い場があればもっと良かったかと。浴室のジャグジー付き大きめ浴槽は良かったが、ガラス窓のアコーディオンカーテンが１０cm程下げきれず、外から丸見えの状態で、3世帯で行ったので多少きになりました。スタッフさんはどなたも対応が良く総合的に快適にすごせました。

初めて利用させて頂きました。 部屋は広く、清掃も行き届いていました。チェックイン受付時間内にチェックインが間に合わず事前に連絡したところちゃんとご対応頂け安心してゆっくり宿に向かうことができました。綺麗なで穏やかな天然ビーチビーチサイドの宿泊施設で海水浴を楽しむ者としては非常に便利なロケーションで、マリングッズ各種が無料でレンタルできたり、部屋でDVDも無料で借りれたり、アイスクリームも無料で子供連れの家族旅にはすごくオススメ出来るところだと思いました。

風呂場の環境

ジャグジーをonにすると、ゴミが出てきて何回か水を入れ直ししたけど全然綺麗にならなくてジャグジーの利用を諦めました。あと、ジャグジーの下から黒かび？ゴミがずっと出てきて風呂場に関しては残念でした🙄

We stayed at room(?)6. It had its own kitchen, jacuzzi, toilet(separate room), balcony and front and back yard. The room was very spacious with high ceilings. The best part of it was that the resort had its private beach. Of course we were there during December, so it wasn't warm enough to have any beach activities thus the quiet beach. It was our first time in Okinawa so we didn't have much time to spend at the resort, but if we have the chance to visit again, we'll definitely spend more time at the resort than at sightseeing. There was only one thing that could be improved.... for people visiting during winter, the heating system. There was none so it was quite cold during the night outside of your blanket. Other than that, if you want to relax and enjoy the quiet of a private beach, I definitely recommend it.

こちらのミスがあったのに真摯に対応下さり、とても良い旅が出来ました！！1歳児と犬2匹を連れてお邪魔しました。洗濯や乾燥機が無料で使えたり、テラスから出たら馬がいたり、夜はフロントから客室への通路にオカヤドカリが歩いていたり。アイスクリームも無料だったのがビックリ！！朝食付きにしたので、朝はテラスで食べることが出来て本当に素敵な時間を過ごせました。スタッフの方の対応もとても温かく、いつでも笑顔でご対応頂けたので安心感は半端ないです。また家族で旅行する際は是非利用します！ホテルのまわりにはあまり何も無いですが、観光を目的としてなかったので問題なしでした。
