"This place offers 4 private onsens that may be reserved for family which is unique, though there is an onsen tax of about 1200 yen. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the bidets in our room were not working unfortunately, but I’m sure if staff is notified, it could’ve gotten troubleshooted.
