フロントスタッフの方はとても丁寧で親切なご対応をしてくださいました。他のスタッフの方々もとても良く教育が行き届いている感じで、きちんとしたご対応でした。お風呂は素晴らしかったです。鍵のかかるロッカーがあるので安心してお風呂に入れました。立地も素晴らしいです。地獄めぐりに最高の場所です。福岡から高速バスで行きましたが、バス停からもすぐでした。素泊まりでしたが、朝食をつけていただき、ビュッフェをいただきました。洋食を選んでしまったのですが、あまり品数がなく淋しい感じでした。和食の方は充実していたようなので、和食を選ばれることをお勧めします。

客室も館内もとてもきれいでした。お風呂もとても清潔だし、なんといっても露天風呂の広いのにびっくりしました‼️ 朝食のメニューも良かったし味付けも良かったです。ゆっくり食事ができました。 外国人のスタッフに部屋まで案内してもらいましたが説明もとても上手でした。朝食のレストランにいた女性スタッフの方が特に感じが良かったです。

全体的に満足です。ありがとうございました。 受付でのスタッフの方の対応から部屋のクオリティや清潔さ、大浴場の温泉の質や満足度、地獄めぐりに便利な立地など、この宿にして良かったと思いました。 朝ごはんはお米やお米のおかずが美味しかったです。おかずの豪華さはなく、サラダの野菜が古く感じました。でもそのほかの点で大変満足でした。 また別府に来たら利用したいです。

おにやまって？泊まってわかりました、

大きな規模のホテルでした。夕食は外で頂きましたので、朝食時に大勢の人と会うことになりびっくり！しました。うりの露天温泉は女性に優遇されていました。まあまあやね。部屋はゆったりとした空間で、二人ではもったいないぐらい！家族連れにびったりかも。
