"The couch in the room was in very poor condition to the point where we just didn't use it. No AC apart from a noisy mobile unit but you had to leave the window open to use it. No city views only Manukau bus stop. I paid $12 a day for parking in the risky lot out back but every time I went to use it someone was in it. Overall I wouldn't stay again."

"On a busy road. No soundproofing between rooms. Can hear ppl upstairs walking around, flushing the loo, talking, doors slamming. 2 guests - 2 towels and faceclothes replaced with only 1 towel and facecloth for our 2nd day"
