"I wasnt very impressed with the standard of the room. Although it was clean it had a lot of obvious damage on appliances, floors and walls. None of the heaters appeared to work. There was no welcome booklet with information about the apartment. Our allocated carpark that we had to pay extra for had a car in it which was needing to be towed away.
