"no pillows, trash cans, or tv remote in room. Checked in at 1030pm went to use toilet for first time around 1130pm and it was clogged. called front desk was told someone would be there shortly no one came. Had to put chair against door because it doesn't latch properly. Didn't have energy after being in hospital all day to find another room."

"The location is prime near many Of Milwaukee's sights. It's located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and not far from many things. The staff from check in to check out, were exceptional, the property well maintained and cleaned. I requested a room overlooking the downtown area and lake michigan.East side was not at all disappointed. And the price for what I got was really a wonderful surprise. The casino is well worth the gamble. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to a future visit."
