"The Israelite Church of God in Christ holy convocation to proclaim the "Lord's Passover". All went as planned. The wait for checking in was a bit long due to many people waiting to check in. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and nice view of the river. Check-in desk, slot machines, ATMs, and a bar can be seen as you come through the main entrance. The hotel has valet parking and bellhops. The parking garage is across the street should you want to park your vehicle. The hotel is very large with wide passageways leading to other parts of the hotel. I hope we book this hotel again."

"I stayed in the New Orleans building. The room was clean but very outdated. More motel than Atlantic City high priced hotel. Parking is $25 a day. No free parking with a casino card. None of the shops are opened late. Showboat is a family friendly hotel. So if you’re not into that and need the slots, don’t bother. Or stay if it’s cheap and get some air and walk to the place you really need to be."

"Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone, Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue. "

"Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . "
