"We had an issue upon check-in with the adjacent room (not our traveling party) and before we “settled in” the front desk staff handled it and moved us to a different room. It was all handled quickly, painlessly, and efficiently. We have been staying at the Outrigger Waikiki for over 30 years and we are always welcomed back like Ohana every visit. Mahalo to the employees, especially the valet and bell staff. They have seen our children grow up who are now having and bringing their children back to Waikiki!"
