"Went days without toilet paper. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". "When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. "I enjoyed my trip very well. Dishes but no area to clean them. Used 2 glasses in total. Great location with minimal window view. Close to everything and staff were pleasant. Coffee downstairs at the coffee and donut place was the best. Loved the stay*****"
