"When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. "Went days without toilet paper. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". "More so comfortably slept 3 ppl than 4, dishes a bit stained from excessive use by previous stayers. Overall cleanliness of rest of room was perfect and the view was fantastic."

"Are TV remotes didn't work in condo. Not enough parking and should come free with rental. And there is no closet to put your things in. And could be a little cleaner in condo. Besides all that our trip was great."
