"This hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front desk—she was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast buffet. Plates and food items were often in short supply—for example, there were cornflakes available, but no bowls or cold milk. Still, overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Gabriela’s...

"We loved seeing the alpacas and cuy on the grounds - and appreciated gazebos, swings and teeter totter for fun moments. The staff treated us very well and we had all our meals at the nice restaurant and bar. We were able to store our bags after check out, allowing for the Uros tour by boat from the dock on the property. We have not stayed one night here but it was the best hotel of our three week Peru trip!"
