"The room was great. The rooster crowed at 6- 630: am everyday. Continental breakfast was not until 8:30 am It could be served earlier. Everyone was woken up."

"Clean hotel & rooms, great staff, 1/2 block from the beach…can see from our room balcony & from pool rooftop. Many shops & great restaurants close by. Would have been perfect if every room had a fridge. Hotel helped us find a rental & had it delivered & installed. Over priced but worth it for our one month stay. During the first two days of the recent events between the Gov’t & the Cartel, the hotel went over & above looking after us. We were almost immediately given big water bottles. ...

"Amazing views and a beautifully maintained hotel with an excellent restaurant. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property sits high on a substantial hill, so walking to the beach takes about 30 minutes and reaching the Romantic Zone is closer to an hour on foot. Fortunately, taxis and Ubers are inexpensive and typically get you to the restaurants and bars in under 10 minutes, making them the most convenient way to travel between the hotel...

"Our housekeeper, Yanet, was great. We loved our room, the food at the restaurant was really good, the views were impeccable. Our only problem was that guests reserved all the pool lounge chairs early in the morning. In the 11 days we stayed, we never could get a space by the pool until the evening."
